OPTIONS FOR THE CHECK-IN

Driver option

Request a driver from one of our partners who will pick you up at the airport/train station, drive you to the apartment, give you the keys and help you settle in.


Hotel option

Pick up the keys at the Aulivia Hotel’s reception desk:
4 rue des Petites Ecuries

Metro stations: “Gare de l’Est” or “Chateau d’Eau” / www.ratp.fr


Meeting point option

Between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), we can manage to set up a meeting at your apartment to give you the keys and check you in.

We strongly encourage you to choose the driver option. Even though it is a little more expensive than public transport, it really makes your arrival much easier – saving time, stress and hassle.

Driver option

Request a driver from one of our partners who will pick you up at the airport/train station, drive you to the apartment, give you the keys and help you settle in.


Meeting point option

Between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), we can manage to set up a meeting at your apartment to give you the keys and check you in.

However we are flexible between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm as long as we do not have any back to back check-in that conflict with yours. But we can’t guarantee anything unless we have your precise arrival details.

Nb : As our standard check-in time is 3:00 pm, we can’t confirm that the cleaning be done before this time. If not, you will still be able to get the keys, drop your luggage inside and leave the apartment until 3:00 pm so that our employee can process the cleaning freely. By the time you come back to the apartment, you can then be sure that the cleaning has been entirely completed.


If you arrive after 6pm, on weekend or bank holidays, you will have to pay 30 euros to pick up the key of the apartment directly in front of it.

If you choose the driver option, those 30 euros will be deduced of the driver fee.



CHECK-OUT

(Standard Check-out Time : 11 :00 hours)


For your check-out, you will have to leave the apartment before 11 am.

We remind you that at your departure, you must make sure that the apartment is in the same condition as you found it :
- tidy
- garbage brought down into the building/condominium’s bin storage area
- washing-up made



BABY COT

If you wish to rent a cot, please do not forget to let us know in advance because we don’t have one for each apartment.
Baby cot rate : 5 €/night



SECURITY DEPOSIT

Please note that a damages deposit will be requested upon arrival and may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay.

Normally we process a pre-authorization one day before your arrival (no transaction) and release it within 72 hours after the end of your stay.

As we don’t take it but only block it in your account, it may didn’t appear on your bank account.
In case you had to pay it, it will be refund to your account withtin 72 hours after the end of your stay.



CANCELLATION POLICY

To finalize your booking and take an apartment off the market, we ask a 50% down payment to be paid by credit card or PayPal.

If for any reason you need to cancel, you have to know that:

If you cancel the booking one hour after you made the reservation, it will be free of charge
If you cancel the booking more than 1 week prior arrival we will charge you the 50% of the booking amount
If you cancel the booking less than 1 week prior arrival we will charge you the 100% of the booking amount


TENANTS COMMITMENTS

1 : Not to bring supplementary people without permission

2 : Not to sub-rent the vacation rental

3 : Use the vacation rental peacefully :

- Respect the neighbours and maintain the best possible relations with the building’s residents (politeness and discretion)
- Respect the common areas, and not make noise while carrying luggage in the stairwell, or by banging the front door, or running on the stairs
- Respect notices and building rules on display in the building
- Not to make noise in the apartment that might disturb the neighbours (loud music, banging doors, speaking out loud by open windows, banging on the floor, walking in high heels…) especially before 7h and after 22h
- Not to undertake any professional activity or receive members of the public in the apartment
- Not to hold parties or noisy meetings

4 : Not to smoke in the vacation rental

5 : Be respectful with towels and linens provided.

We will not hesitate to keep money from the deposit if you leave them out of order
